Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I do hope you are all enjoying some wonderful time with family and friends. The animals and I are going to have a quiet day before I travel to my sister's for dinner. All the animal children have had their Christmas sugar cookies and are now either napping or munching blissfully on hay and grain. As for me I'm nibbling chocolates as I baste the Christmas ham... now yes, I'm a vegetarian but my nieces requested that I cook the ham rather than their mother. I don't mind...it does make the house smell festive even if I have to tote a large hat ham down the street this afternoon.
My holiday gift to everyone here has been a little delayed and I'm feel terrible about disappointing anyone. It's just that the last week has been extremely tough on me because of extra work, some family issues, and the difficulties brought on by a lot of snow! It makes everything so much more difficult to manage. With luck I will have a bit ready for you this evening. It's not much but I hope it gives you a little smile.
Blessings to you all! xo
