hello from tigby....

Tig12440cropLook who's visiting today!  Tigby Hart Butterbottoms stopped by for a cookie and some primping since he's appearing in the shop at etsy  today.

We took quite a few photos because when this sweetie finds his forever mommy I'm going to miss him very much.  He's always smiling and that can be quite a help on certain days!  Besides... he's always willing to have just one more cookie with me..... buttery oatmeal raisin are his favorites...Tig11440crop

Many thanks yet again to all who have sent me lovely messages and visited the etsy shop.  I may be starting to feel a bit better - oh, I hope so!-  so perhaps I will be lucky enough to be able to chat with everyone more often.  I've started working on the plan to share a few "storybooks in progress".  Actually it's a little exciting for me and it feels good to be able to do a little more of what I love.  Right now I'm doing a rewrite on a story that I started quite a few years ago.  It's amazing how much editing it needs.  What was I thinking back then?  Well, enough about that... don't want you to be too disappointed when you finally get to read it!

Back to Tigs...  He's my first creature available in the shop and I'm a little nervous about him.  Not just because I'm afraid no one will like him but also because it will be a little sad to see him go.  I get very attached to them as they come to life with needle and thread.  There like my own little babies, I guess.
So here's one more photo of my boy Tigs as he waits for just one more biscuit... or maybe two?Tig8440crop

Dearest Tigs

My heart goes ::pitty::pat::thump::thump::
Little Tigs, YOU are adorable!

=^..^=xo

Oh LuLu! He is absolutely charming. I can't believe how sweet he is! The hat and trousers are so incredibly darling. I am completely smitten.

If had not just received some unhappy news about my house, I would snatch him up in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I'm having to hoard my little pennies for moving. *sigh*

I hope that whatever lucky mama gets to bring him home appreciates what a treasure he is!

Hey, good to see you up and about again, this is such an adorable bear, I'm sure he'll find a home - (I'd have him like a shot if I had any paid work coming in) I hope you make more,you make such special things.
